Chosen Eggs are produced by healthy, pasture-raised hens from traditional dual-purpose breeds. Unlike modern industrial layers bred exclusively for high production, these balanced birds lay fewer eggs, yielding eggs of exceptional quality. This, along with their varied diet and active lives on pasture, produce richly flavored eggs with sturdy shells and deep golden yolks prized by cooks and bakers alike.
