All Thanksgiving Turkey pre-orders will arrive on Thursday November 19th.

2026 Flock: This year’s heritage turkey flock has been growing on the pastures of Lancaster, PA since May, slowly developing the size, flavor, and character that make these birds so special. We’ve carefully selected slate and white varieties for clean, beautiful kosher dressing. The flock will be processed throughout October and November, with each turkey carefully shrink-wrapped and frozen to lock in its freshness and have it ready for your holiday table.

Shipping Details:

Mixed Orders - All mail order turkeys will be shipping separately this year. For mail orders, any other items ordered will be shipped in a separate box on Monday, November 16. If you'd like your other items to arrive at another time please make a separate order or leave us a cart note with your requested delivery date. Local delivery/pickup orders may be mixed. 

Thawing: Birds may be kept in the back of the fridge to thaw after arrival or be thawed using the water bath method prior to cooking. Our full thawing instructions are listed below the pre-order button.
