A truly rare delicacy, fleishig chicken eggs are egg yolks harvested from hens at the time of shechita. These eggs never reach white (albumen) or shell formation and are found internally, making them fleishig.
With modern chickens processed at too young an age to begin developing eggs, fleishig eggs have become nearly impossible to find commercially today. This is just one more offering we’re proud to reintroduce to the kosher market.
