Turkey eggs are one of the rarest farm-fresh delicacies you'll ever find and are almost never available for sale. Because turkey hens lay relatively few eggs and only during a short natural laying season, nearly every egg is reserved for hatching. We currently have a small surplus available to share as table eggs.

Produced by our pasture-raised heritage turkey flocks, these remarkable eggs are 2–3 times the size of a chicken egg, with rich golden yolks and outstanding flavor prized by chefs and home cooks alike. Each flat of 20 fresh turkey eggs is a truly unique seasonal offering that may never be available again.

  • Chosen Eggs are available for local delivery and farm pickup only
  • Our eggs are kosher but are not OU certified.
  • Our eggs are unwashed and don't need to be refrigerated. Though, because turkeys lay in ground nests we do recommend washing your eggs before cooking.
